Our Direct Investments are focused on ownership transition and change. We marry opportunity with capital to enable existing, profitable companies to reach their next level of performance. Prisma combines financial expertise with operating and strategy skills. we are also not bound by specific investment guidelines and therefore can develop creative approaches to ownership transition.

Our Criteria are:

• Minimum revenue of $5 million and EBITDA greater than $1 million
• Greater Southeastern US location
• Market niche leader in manufacturing, service, and value-added distribution industries
• Other characteristics:
• future growth potential
• preference for management continuity
• strong interest in international business operations or growth opportunities
• While our preference is to rely on existing management to run their business, Prisma is able to augment the team and take on specific interim roles to accelerate a company's development.
